
Our Policies & Expectations.
Custom Orders. All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% paid upfront to secure the time on my calendar for your order. An order is not on my books until the deposit is paid. The remaining 50% is due one week in advance of order pickup/shipping/delivery. If a custom order is placed less than two weeks in advance of date needed, a $25 rush fee will be added to the order total. Prices are non-negotiable.
Cookie Decorating Classes. Payment for cookie decorating classes is due at time of registration. All registration is through the website. Minimum age to participate is 13 years old and all minors must have a chaperone. Should the maximum capacity be reached, a waitlist will open and be collected via email. Waitlist participants will be added to a class on a first come, first served basis if a spot becomes available. No refunds will be issued for cookie decorating class enrollments, however participation can be transferred to a future class one time with adequate advance notice. Ten day advance notice is required in order to transfer a registration.
